Oxygen (check pulse ox)
Narcan 2mg IV/IM/ETT
-Full 2mg dose if apneic; 0.4 mg IV in known opioid addict who is not apneic
-May repeat up to 10mg total dose if no response to initial 2mg dose
Thiamine 100mg IV
